The eagle has landed. Well it actually landed about a two weeks ago but really does it matter? I mean the eagle had technically not unpacked all of its things til tonite so therefore...lol okay i digress. Anywho things are going smoothly here at 6969 Bayers Rd. The place looks smashing if I do say so myself. Things are also coming together swimmingly for our housewarming party this weekend. It shall be an excellent time. No requests for sexual favors from the landlords yet...judging from the people that live here they may prefer the denture wearing, bengay scented, oh so sexy older ladies. One can only hope!
